The De-Chlorinator uses Hi grade activated carbon which removes:
- Chlorine & Chloramine
- Bromine
- Malachite Green
- Colour, e.g. humic acids
- Organics, e.g proteins
- Antibiotics
- Hormones
- Ozone
The filter can be used horizontally or vertically. Both ends can be used as either inlet or outlet points. Please observe the maximum flow rate recommended (2 gallons per minute) and drain after use before storage if being used temporarily and not as a permanent trickle. A lower flow rate will give better results and prolong the life of the product.
The 30 inch high-grade activated carbon filter will treat up to:
- 550,000 Litres
- 121,000 U.K. Gallons
The 12 inch high-grade activated carbon filter will treat up to:
- 225,000 Litres
- 49,500 U.K. Gallons
(all dependant on water quality and flow rate)
The filter must not be used in freezing conditions as this can cause irreparable damage and invalidate your warranty.

Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
